PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION/ENROLMENT FORM TO LITTLE LEARNERS EDUCATION AND KEEP THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Please note that by signing the Registration/Enrolment Form you are agreeing to abide by and adhere to the conditions below.
1.DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the following meaning:
Centre: Venue where the Little Learners Education classes are held.
Company: Little Learners Education (providing educational classes)
Fees: The class published fees, which cover session fees only
Parent/Guardian: The signatory or signatories to the application form.
Centre & Company Rules: Rules of the venue, policies and procedures and regulations.
Term: The Education Term at Little Learners Education (which will vary from year to year).
2. AGREEMENT
(a) A legally binding Agreement is made upon the registration/enrolment of the Pupil. For avoidance of any doubt, the contract arising upon registration/enrolment is made between the Company and the Parent/Guardian by completion of a registration/enrolment form. Where that form is completed referencing more than one party, then responsibility of those parties is joint.
(b) In entering into the Agreement the Parent/Guardian agrees that they and the Pupil will: i. Be bound by the Centre & Company Rules and by these Terms and Conditions; and ii. Support the Centre & Company in maintaining its good standards of behaviour and discipline and adhere to the code of conduct.
(c) The rights of the Centre & Company under this Agreement will not be waived even if these Terms and Conditions are not enforced.
3. THE CENTRE & COMPANY RULES (a) When entering the Centre and upon joining the class, Pupils and Parent/Guardians are bound by the Rules which include: i. Parents/guardians must supervise their child/ren at all times and maintain current Government social distancing measures whilst in the Centre and attending the classes. ii. The Centre & Company staff are there to assist you, not to take responsibility for the Pupil. iii. Parents/Guardians and Pupils who are unwell must not attend. iv. Parents/Guardians and Pupils must remove their shoes upon entering the class. v. No food or consumption of snacks brought from home are permitted in the Centre and class. vi. The Centre & Company does not accept any responsibility for theft or loss of personal items whilst on the premises.vii. In the event of an emergency, the Centre staff will evacuate all Parent/Guardians and Pupils from the building in line with Centre procedures.
4. COVID-19 SECURE MEASURES The Centre & Company have taken the necessary steps to ensure the classes and environments remain COVID-19 Secure based on official advice and guidance, these measures will be routinely reviewed and adapted in accordance with future advice and guidance from the Governments and Public Health. When entering the Centre and upon joining the class, Pupils and Parent/Guardians are requested to follow these guidelines:
i. Only 1 Parent/Guardian to attend with the Pupil.
ii. Avoid bringing personal belongings into the class environment if essential please keep them beside you at all times.
iii. Follow the directional, entry and exit signage.
iv. Only enter the Centre & class when instructed to do so by the staff. Do not arrive no more than 10 minutes before the class time.
v. All Pupils & Parent/Guardians to use the hand sanitiser when entering and exiting the Centre & class. Handwashing facilities are also available at the Centre.
vi. Wear a face mask or covering in line with official Government guidance.
vii. Maintain safe social distance between other Parent/Guardians and staff members whilst in the Centre & Class.
viii. Adults and children who are unwell or display any COVID-19 symptoms must not attend the Centre & Class. They should seek medical advice and follow up to date guidance in accordance with COVID-19 testing. Please refrain from attending classes until a test results has been obtained. If tested positive please follow official guidance in regard to self-isolating and contact the Company.
ix. Entry into the Centre & Class will be refused if you have recently visited any designated high risk countries listed by the Government: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus
5. FEES
(a) Fees payable to the Company cover the cost of providing the class only.
(b) Fees are payable half termly/termly in advance by Bank Transfer. The due date of your fees will be detailed on your invoice. We do not accept cash and cheques.
(c) It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact information.
(d) If payment is not received by due date for the Term, the Company will suspend its provision of services. However, this does not release you from your contractual obligations.
(e) No reduction or refund will be made from the Fees where teaching is reduced or classes altered because of matters outside of the control of the Company. If the Company has to close temporarily due to emergency or lockdown, the Term will not be extended and no refund will be made. The offer of online classes will be made available if face to face classes are suspended due to local/national lockdown.
(g) The Company reserves the right to increase Fees with notice each Term.
6. REFUND POLICY
(a) No refund of the Company Fees shall be due in the event of non-attendance by a Pupil. The Company is unable to offer the option to transfer to an alternative class to make up a missed class due to Covid-19 safety guidelines on reducing transmission, minimising contacts and mixing between Pupils.
(b) Fees of non-attended classes shall not be carried over from one term to the next and are not transferable to another Parent/Guardian or child
(c) If the Company fails to provide a class due to teacher absence, every effort will be made to provide a substitute lesson at another time within the academic year or an online class may be offered where this is not possible.
(d) In the case of severe weather, classes will continue unless Parent/Guardians are contacted directly by the Company or Centre to cancel. In this eventuality, an alternative class will be arranged, or an online class may be offered.
7. NOTICE PERIOD
(a) Before the end of term, Little Learners Education will write to Parent/Guardians to give them a date to inform the Company of the Parent/Guardian’s intention to stop the classes. This date will be 4 weeks before the end of the term.
8. EXCLUSION
(a) Exclusion for a fixed period of time and/or permanently excluded may occur for:
i. A breach of Centre & Company Rules and/or code of conduct;
ii. Non-payment of Fees; or
iii. If the Parent/Guardians’s behaviour is unreasonable and is likely to adversely affect the Pupil or other Pupils or staff at the Company/Centre, or to bring the Company/Centre into disrepute.
(b) In all cases of exclusion, full Fees will remain payable for the Term in which it occurs.
(c) A Parent/Guardian who has been withdrawn, excluded, suspended or expelled from the Centre/Company have no right to enter the Centre/Class premises without prior consent.
9. MEDICAL a) The Parent/Guardian must supply all details of the Pupil’s medical history and/or allergies to the Company and must notify the Company immediately if there are any changes to the information supplied.
10. COMPLAINTS
In the event of a complaint which the Parent/Guardian is unable to resolve satisfactorily, the Parent/Guardian must put the complaint in writing to [email protected]
11. INSURANCE
(a) The Parent/Guardian’s and Pupil’s personal property is not covered by the Centre’s/Company’s insurance when on Centre/Class premises. The Centre and Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to a Parent/Guardian’s or Pupil’s personal property whilst on the Centre premises.
(b) Please notify the Centre directly in cases of liability in respect of third-party bodily injury.
(c) The Company accepts no responsibility for illness, health, case of an outbreak or injury to a Parents/Guardian or Pupils whilst partaking in the online or face to face classes/activities.
(d) Parents/guardians must supervise the Pupil at all times during the class and ensure Covid-19 Secure Measures are adhered to at all times.
(e) The teacher is there to teach and run the class, the parent/guardian is responsible for their child and their safety at all times during the session.
12. COPYRIGHT AND DATA PROTECTION
(a) Personal data provided by or relating to Parent/Guardian or Pupil will be used by the Company for the purposes of fee billing; maintaining Pupil records; as required in connection with provision of a Pupil’s education; statistical analysis; market research and communication; and NHS Track and Trace.
(b) With prior written consent only from the Parent/Guardians a Pupil’s details may be used in our marketing materials including the Pupil’s first name and details of educational achievements. A Pupil’s photo may also be used in our marketing materials. We may also use video footage including your child. If you do not wish your child’s details or photos, or video footage including your child to be used in such a way, then please notify the Company when such a proposal is discussed.
(c) All materials are protected by copyright law. All published materials and resources remain the property of the owner of the copyright licence. You acknowledge that you must not modify, copy, distribute or reproduce any of the content, classes, videos, published materials or website/social media content.
13. DAMAGES Pupils and Parent/Guardians are jointly liable for any damage caused by them to Centre or Company property, any assets or equipment.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the standard Terms and Conditions, to the size and location of the Company, to its premises and facilities, to the curriculum, the structure and composition of classes, the way the Company is run, to the length of the Company’s terms and to any other aspect of the Company.
15. VARIATIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT The offer and acceptance of a place are made on the basis that any successful Company needs to develop and that the Company may make reasonable changes to these Terms and Conditions as they see fit.
Guardians or Parents will inform the Company promptly of any changes to the details contained in the Registration/Enrolment Form.

We are Little Learners Education who, for the purpose of this Privacy Notice will be referred to as Little Learners Education, we, ours or us.

At Little Learners Education, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers, potential customers and visitors to our website.

In general, you can browse our website without giving us any personal information. We use Google Analytics to analyse traffic to our website to understand visitors’ needs and to help ensure that the site provides relevant and useful information.

However, there are additional activities on our site that require you to register, for example, to receive information/contact from us in relation to our services. Client Data for Pupil Enrolment
The categories of pupil information that we process include:
-Personal identifiers and contacts (e.g. name, unique pupil number, contact details and address)
-Safeguarding information if advised (such as court orders and professional involvement)

NHS Track and Trace
All information is held on a secure server. This information is held for 13 months following termination of your lessons with us and is then deleted.
As part of the enrolment process, we will also ask you for your consent to send you marketing information, newsletters, and general updates via email about Little Learners. We also request permission to send text messages where urgent or essential information needs to be communicated to you.
Updating Your Personal Information and Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails or by emailing [email protected]
Access to Your Personal Information
Under data protection law, you have rights to access, update or remove any of the information we hold with regard to you, simply email your request to [email protected]. We will process this request within one month. Data will be removed in line with the requirements of the GDPR.
